Services Provided

We agree to provide education and support services, including but not limited to wellness guidance, goal setting, accountability support, nutrition/lifestyle advice, parent-child connection, support in early parenting challenges, self-care guidance for parents and general health education. These services are educational and supportive in nature, and are not intended as therapy, medical advice, or psychological treatment.

Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

User Responsibilities

By accessing and using this website and its services, you agree to the following responsibilities: You will use the website and services only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when requested, including during bookings. You will engage respectfully with all content and communications. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. All coaching services, content, and materials are intended for your personal use. You may not resell, distribute, or exploit them for commercial gain without written consent. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any material from the website without permission. This includes written, visual, and downloadable content. You may not upload or transmit any content that is harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights. You may not use the site to engage in or promote illegal activities.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment.  For coaching bundles: Rescheduling a session with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% rescheduling fee based on the value of the individual session.  For hourly sessions: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will also result in a 25% fee based on the session rate.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice/no shows will be considered a missed session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Natal to Nest Health Coaching, LLC. The invoiced amount paid by the client is generally considered non-refundable.  By entering this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they are committing to the full program or session package.
